Children will enjoy exploring the world of insects in this creepy crawly program. With an exciting story Some Bugs, song, movement fun, and a craft they will learn all the parts of the insect body and hear all about a buggy adventure!

Exploring Collage

Spark the creativity and imagination of your littlest artists with an interactive Eric Carle story The Artist Who Painted a Blue Horse. Children will play a fun memory and movement game, and then make a colorful tissue paper collage inspired by the animals featured in the artwork of Eric Carle.

All Aboard!

3, 2, 1 Blast Off! In this revved up program, children will discover various types of transportation in the dynamic rhyming story of Bunnies on the Go. Children will get up and moving in an interactive game and finally, create their own unique transportation craft to take home.

LIMIT 30 CHILDREN PER PROGRAM.

PROGRAMS RUN FOR APPROXIMATELY 45 MINUTES.

Wonders of Space

Little astronomers will enjoy sorting celestial objects or discovering properties of space rocks (meteorites) through hands-on investigations. They will begin to grasp the great sizes and distances of these dynamic bodies in our Solar System.  Students will then get to create a model of their very own planet.

Dinosaur Discoveries

Students will discover how big dinosaurs were, what they ate and more through an interactive “show and tell” of puppets, replica teeth, claws and fossils. Children will be thrilled when they make their own “trace fossil.”

Messy Science

Let’s get our hands messy with this exciting program about science. Experiments may include: making slime, launching rockets or making oobleck. This lesson will introduce students to the Scientific Method- formulating their own hypothesis, testing it and getting surprising results!

Natural Distasters PowerPoint (all Ages)

Artstigators

Students will learn about influential artists and the distinctive styles which made them famous. Children will examine and describe “art”, discuss techniques, subjects and have the opportunity to create their own inspired masterpiece. Discussions may cover the works of Mondrian, Warhol, Haring and Pollock.
