The Fred Henninger Family Membership Program
The Children’s Museum Tucson offers a fun, educational place for families to learn and play together. We have eleven galleries of hands-on exhibits that children will enjoy visiting over and over again, and a constantly changing line-up of special art and science activities held every day. There are special programs for toddlers four times each month, fun family events on the weekends, and fabulous holiday festivals.
The Museum’s downtown location is easy to reach by car or bus. We are open six days a week during the school year and seven days a week in the summer. Spanish-speaking family members will find our Spanish-language exhibit signage useful and bilingual staff available to answer additional questions.
Free and reduced-rate Museum memberships are available for those families who cannot afford to pay the annual membership fee. These memberships are made possible through the Fred Henninger Family Membership Program.
The Fred Henninger Family Membership Program is available to low-income families, families with special needs, and families in crisis situations. There are no special forms to fill out or additional requirements for families to participate in the Henninger program.
